Al Riso is a completely gluten free Italian restaurant right in the center of Prague. They make quite a few kinds of delicious risotto, nice pasta and gnocchi, and some meat and seafood dishes. Their wonderful desserts are also gluten free. Service is pleasant and professional.

This is a small, friendly restaurant serving traditional Venezuelan food in the Prague district of Vinohrady. Everything on the menu is gluten free and safe for celiacs (perhaps except the beer), and the arepas and empanadas are delicious. The restaurant is not open for lunch but you can come for dinner starting at 5 p.m.

La Taquería is a small Mexican taco place on Rumunská Street near Náměstí Míru in Prague 2. Order your tacos at the counter, watch them being prepared, and take them to go or have a quick bite inside. The menu offers pork, beef, chicken, vegetarian, and vegan taco filling, plus extras, and soup. All the food is gluten free.

Pizza Scuola is a pizzeria and cooking school located at Palmovka in Prague 8. They make authentic Italian pizza and their gluten free dough is made from a flour mix imported from Italy. Gluten free pizza is baked separately from regular pizza to avoid cross contamination. You can eat there or have your pizza delivered.
