Message Boards

Considering the real-time nature of the message boards, it is impossible for the administrators, moderators or webmaster to review every message or confirm the validity of information posted. The administrators, moderators or webmaster do not actively monitor, are not responsible and will not be held liable for the contents of posted messages. They do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message. All posts made to the forums express the views of their respective authors and not necessarily the views of My Czech Republic. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the administrators or moderators of the message boards. They have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary.

You agree that you will not use the message boards to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you have the copyright owner's permission to do so or the copyright is owned by you or by My Czech Republic.

The administrators, moderators or webmaster have the right to delete, edit, move or lock any message or topic for any reason. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Czech Republic and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are not allowed on the message boards.

By submitting, posting or displaying any content on the My Czech Republic message boards, you agree to grant My Czech Republic a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, edit, publicly perform and display such content in whole or in part.

By registering on the My Czech Republic message boards, you agree that you are 13 years of age or older and that you accept the above conditions.
